Baseball lost another legend yesterday when Frank Robinson passed away at the age of 83. Tributes began pouring in almost immediately. MLB Network spent quite some time reminiscing and the evening news on the national networks also marked his passing. Before the Caribbean Series game between the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico last night, the announcers on ESPN Deportes also paid their respects. Robinson’s impact on the game was immeasurable, as the many, many tributes suggest.
